Welcome to the Solana Merchant Payments Plugin! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solana Merchant Payments Plugin (“the Plugin”) and its associated services. By using the Plugin, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

The Plugin enables eCommerce store owners to accept cryptocurrency payments through the Solana blockchain. It is designed for WooCommerce and may include future compatibility with other platforms.


3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when using the Plugin.
3.2. Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during setup and usage of the Plugin.
3.3. Security: Users are responsible for securing their wallets and private keys. The Plugin does not store, manage, or have access to users’ private keys.


4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Free Use Period: The Plugin is free to use until the end of Q2 2025.
4.2. Subscription Fees: After the free period, a subscription fee may apply for continued use of the Plugin and access to premium features.
4.3. Payment Processing Fees: Any fees related to Solana transactions are determined by the blockchain and are not controlled by the Plugin.


5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the Plugin, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, remain the property of the Solana Merchant Payments Plugin team. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Plugin without prior written consent.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruptions.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Solana Merchant Payments Plugin team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Plugin.


8. Updates and Modifications
